Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

• Support Panel Builders across the region, providing guidance and assistance in their journey to become certified EcoXpert partners
• Conduct audits and validations on Panel Builders, ensuring compliance with certification requirements
• Facilitate upskilling initiatives for Panel Builders through comprehensive training programs
• Champion digital connectivity and promote its integration within Panel Builder operations
• Develop tailored solutions to optimize architecture for various projects, aligning with Schneider Electric's commitment to sustainable and efficient energy management
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Channel Marketing teams to drive the promotion of new offers and solutions
• Organize and host periodic webinars and training sessions for our valued partners
• Conduct regular visits to all Panel Builders across the region, maintaining strong relationships and providing ground support

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 0-2 Years of proven experience in supporting panel builders or similar roles within the electrical industry
• Strong understanding of certification processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed
