The Panel Builder Channel Manager is responsible for managing and developing the panel building products and services. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring that partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Provide regular training and support to channel partners on products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive sales through the channel.

- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure that channel partners have access to up-to-date marketing materials and product information.
- Provide technical support to channel partners, addressing any product-related queries or issues.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on market requirements and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage channel partner contracts, pricing, and discount structures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge of panel building products and solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
