Join Our Team as Outside Services Sales Representative within Global Service Sales
Are you ready to drive Schneider Electric's presence in the Danish market within our Global Service Sales division? We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our efforts in selling our Secure Power Service solutions to our customers and pursuing major projects in this exciting and rapidly growing sector!
Mission: As our Outside Services Sales Representative your mission will be to drive Face-to-Face engagements with customers having a qualified installed base and deploy sales actions in order to maximize UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) usage with customers in Denmark.
You will be accountable for the promotion and sales of UPS replacement and a range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, consulting, modernization and digital services of electrical equipment installed at the customer's site.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds and modifications to meet or exceed your sales target.
What will you do
- Develop and execute annual sales plan for key customers based on data.
- Apply market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences.
- Increases the usage of Schneider Services with customers through promotions
- Educate customers on Schneider products and services with special attention on consulting, recurring and digital offers
- Cross selling of Field Service portfolio - Power Products, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industry
- Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery)
- Utilize CRM tool for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- P rovide monthly forecasts, using CRM, and s ummaries in a timely manner.
- Participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance.
- Provide precise and timely information to our Tender team to prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Work closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and the Business Unit Account Managers to maximize business opportunities.
- "Feeding" the Field Services Marketing leaders with feedback and needs.
- Coordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed.
What will help you succeed
- Driven by customer needs and able to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical and electrical engineering background with domain expertise is a must and knowledge of the Panel->UPS->Load equation is a plus.
- Sales experience with UPS installations is a plus.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a large organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Desire for continual learning & development of technology, analytics and industry trends
