Mission
Schneider Electric is looking for a dynamic and proactive Services Sales Engineer to develop our Services business in the region of Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo.
The Services Sales Engineer will be responsible for growing Schneider Electric's services business through identifying potential customers, building relationships, and winning sales opportunities for services.
What will you do?
- Be an expert on the services offer of the company.
- Achieve sales targets for services in the countries of Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo
- Identify and contact potential customers, either existing ones or new.
- Develop account profiles and executes sales planning
- Educate customers on all SE products and services with special attention on Recurring and digital Offers
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Apply market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific customer audiences
- Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, deliveries)
- Provide monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner.
- Participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on services outlooks and results
- Coordinate and/or attend customer events and marketing/sales seminars as needed.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
The successful candidate will possess the below:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy
- A solid technical sales experience
- Strong electrical product and application knowledge, especially in low and medium voltage systems and related equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
- Account management skills, ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools
- Ability to travel throughout the countries
- Valid driving license
