Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance for network and IT/OT infrastructure and develop/update maintenance and testing procedure documents for critical IT/server infrastructure at key sites.
  • Offer specialized guidance to network architects and contribute to the design and implementation of network security controls, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address cybersecurity gaps, and lead the implementation and ongoing support of integrated services.
  • Work closely with project teams during handover and ensure effective knowledge transfer to other service team members.
  • Provide technical support to service delivery managers and technicians on cybersecurity and integration-related inquiries and take ownership of small project works and solutions at key sites.
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving cyber-attack tactics, techniques, and procedures, and incorporate continuous improvement to security tools and processes.
  • Provide operational support for various cybersecurity tools, including ongoing tuning and enhancements.
  • Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools.
  • Undertake routine patching and configuration tasks to ensure system security and integrity.

The Perfect Fit:
  • Hands-on experience within OT environments including BMCS Systems, Firewalls Systems Configuration and Maintenance, Intrusion Detection System, Virtualized Systems (Linux, RHEL, Windows, ESXI), Networking, VLANs, Redundancy VRRP, IPSEC tunnelling, and Windows Services.
  • Proficiency in Certificate Authentication, Group Policy, Active Directory, LDAP/s, KERBEROS, RADIUS, Process of Intendent Response, Cyber-related disconnection plans, Change Configuration Management, and Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with standards such as IEC62443, ISO9001, ISO27001, and NIST.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and experience in providing network engineering services for local and wide area networks.
  • Applied experience in cyber security, demonstrated ability to work on complex projects, and effective time management skills.
