The Organization Development Manager will lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, build talent and succession pipelines and accelerate cultural transformation across countries in East Asia. This role requires strategic thinking, expertise in change management, and the ability to implement scalable, impactful OD programs that drive business results.
What will you do?
- Organizational Design & Development :
- Drive organization design initiatives to optimize structures, roles, and processes, improving efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Business Transformation :
- Partner with leadership to identify and execute strategies for business transformation aligned with strategic objectives.
- Change Management :
- Lead change initiatives, coach and equip leaders with tools and frameworks to effectively lead change and manage through transitions successfully.
- Organization and Workforce Planning :
- Analyze workforce trends, anticipate future skill needs, and implement strategies to build, buy, or borrow talent and skills to meet organizational demands.
- Culture Development :
- Design and implement initiatives to foster a high performance culture that amplifies the value of Schneider.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in OD, change management, or related roles at a regional / multi-country level.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management principles.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
- Proven project management and data analysis capabilities .
