• Supply Chain expert Expert in order management and service delivery

• Define KPI order management point of view

• Keep and improve the customer satisfaction; overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer

• Establish a fluid connection with our Front Office Field service teams Globally

• Handle Escalations on a timely manner and provide with the best answer & resolutions to Internal & External customers

• High level of interaction with Procurement,Transportation team and with Front offices globally

• Report the KPIs and make the necessary actions on the improvement for the daily operation and on efficiency eg.: RPA set ups

• Preparation of analysis and reports on the team performance

• Guarantee the service quality and on-time delivery in accordance with the agreed SLAs to delight our customers

• Provide with inputs for Issues Resolution on a long term basis (corrective actions, continuous improvements...)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Proven experience in a similar position/scope, ideally with team leader experience
• "People First" Leadership mentality, with understanding of what motivates and engages our people

• Understanding End to End supply chain processes with deeper knowledge on Order and repair management

• Understanding the electrical and project management sector

• Digital acumen and a curiosity to learn : SAP, strong MS Office,SFDC

• Could work on a highly demanding environment

• Good communication skills : ability to deal with crisis management, handle exceptions, provide with alerts to FS and to SC

• English language knowledge
