About the role: HCM Extract Specialist with good knowledge of Fusion HCM data model, BIP and functional business processes. The person should be well versed in integration concepts such as transport (FTP, Web, UCM...) , transformations and monitoring.

Required Technical Skills:

• Core HR

Required Skills (Must Have) along with necessary Technical Skills:

• 8 + years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Integrations.

• Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM.

• Experience of working through Agile methodology

• Excellent Communication and presentation skills

• Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs

• Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Have strong collaborative mindset.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support all Interfaces from/to Fusion HCM working with all concerned parties and systems to provide seamless and reliable experience to consumers.

• Be open to work across teams in the HR Systems space. participate in CHRs and developments of new interfaces.

• This position will also be the SPOC for interface support and will be required to work closely with Middleware team for effective support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science, B.Tech/BE in Computer Enginering is preferred.
