Offer Manager for Home & Distribution (H&D) - Installation System - (Sweden/Norway/Denmark)
As the Offer Manager for Installation System (Sweden/Norway/Denmark), you will embark on a journey filled with dynamic challenges, driving strategic actions across the 4Ps and generating growth initiatives for your portfolio. You will be at the forefront of product life cycle management, ensuring profitable growth in a rapidly evolving and captivating market.
In this role, you will be responsible of generating profitable growth and increase Schneider Electric Installation System market shares in his area of responsibility by using all marketing levers.
Your market: You will cover our main markets, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and will be part of our Nordic Zone Offer Management team. You'll collaborate closely with passionate colleagues across all four Nordic countries.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing your offer portfolio throughout its life cycle
- Creating engaging offer strategies and action plans.
- Securing your sales growth and profitable gross margin on your portfolio, in line with targets set by Country Organization.
- Driving the Installation System offer roadmap, launches, activities and campaigns.
- Supporting sales actions in key channels and with major customers (Distributors, Contractors, Electricians, Specifiers/Consultants...)
- Coordinating best-in-class Digital Product Experiences
- Staying ahead of market trends and customer needs, leveraging data analytics to uncover new business opportunities and fuel growth.
What you will need to be successful in this role?
- You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership while building relationships. You work well with various teams, including Sales, Marketing/Communication, Channels, Customer Care Center, Technical Support, Pricing, Logistics and Line of Business.
- You have experience in Offer Marketing in the electrical industry or a similar field.
- You have a business development mindset and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Your educational background includes Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language is required,
- And, last but not least, you thrive in a dynamic work environment.
You will be part of the Nordic Offer Management team for Home & Distribution (H&D), and report directly to the leader. The desired location of the position is in Sweden .
