Schneider Electric IT Corporation seeks an Offer Safety Officer in Boston, MA.

Job Description: Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, regulations, laws, and SE policies. Manage the safety system infrastructure, track trends, system improvements and realized results. Conduct maturity assessments on Offer Safety Prevention Systems. Assure compliance of organization to offer safety training requirements and work with teams on competence deployment. Analyze all products, solutions, and services to determine safety system supporting infrastructure. Perform product offer safety reviews which also includes customer prototypes provided for feedback during Agile sprints. Eligible for remote work up to 4 days per week. Position requires 25% travel (15% domestic, 10% international) to company facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia to improve safety levels of offers.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), or related technical field, and progressive post-bachelor's experience (3 years with Master's or 5 years with Bachelor's) in quality management or closely related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Improving product development and solving problems using 8D and Issue to Prevention (I2P) methodologies; Presenting issues to a corporate level "Offer Safety Committee" or equivalent; Evaluating and resolving customer quality issues as resolution leader; Performing analysis and organizing data using Excel (complex pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, graphs with multiple axes and graph types); Facilitating safety development workouts for teams; and Reviewing product quality using tracking and trending analysis and heatmaps.
