-Supervise the complete scope of Quality (marketing, design, manufacturing, Supply chain, etc.) for an existing offer to improve Customer Experience
- Analyze all data relative to quality (I2P, Customer survey or feed-back, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier, etc.)
- Define annual quality targets and roadmap for offer in charge. Ensure effectiveness of quality improvement activities and drive follow-up with factories
- Animate and ensure the efficiency of the Technical Complaint Analysis process, including physical return process with Analysis centers
- Set-up the surveillance plan, make sure of timely execution and proper results monitoring and usage
- Represent the customer in the Product Evolution Process. Ensure the Quality of evolution's impact analysis, risk management and provide all the Quality deliverables

- Ensure proper application of reference processes (PEP, Quality alert, etc.) and challenge the organization on continuous improvement of the management system
- Drive the Quality issues resolution and prevention using 8D and Lean 6 sigma
- Ensure that the proper information is provided to the Customer in case of quality issue, offer evolution and withdrawal
- Drive risk analysis for customer for non-conformant product or Quality issue
- Decide on stop of delivery and derogation
资格
- Post graduate degree / Masters - 5 years,
- Min 5 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Business Process Excellence, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining or Product Management
- Experienced in applying various quality methodologies like six sigma in Problem solving or Product development / evolution.
-Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
- Medium voltage product knowledge is a plus
- Communication capabilities (listening, written & verbal communication) and multicultural skills
- Strong Influence skills
- Fluent English in reading, writing and communication
