Ø Be familiar with the install base customers in each region/segment, and develop business plans for key segments and key customers (KA) with EU regional managers/segment managers - including but not limited to V1 and V2 resource investment, customer joint development plans, market activity plans, etc.

Ø Understand the characteristics of each EU sales and the customer base they are responsible for, develop the EU sales service business "fan" group, so that more EU sales know how to sell business, how to sell service successfully, and bring customer value.

Ø Price management: Proficient in the content and characteristics of service offers, proactive to understand the needs of customers and sales, in-depth insight into the market competition, review the special price application of the project and give independent judgment.

Ø Visit customers regularly, identify customer pain points and assist sales to provide solutions. Feedback market information to Offer Marketing (OM) team so that they can update and iterate the Offer, and make suggestions on the end-to-end capabilities of the service.

Ø Assist the development of service ecosystem, assist the channel department to improve the recruitment, evaluation, reward and punishment mechanism of industrial service partners, and build a healthy and sustainable service ecosystem

Ø Joint initiatives with Segment, SI teams, and other customer-facing teams, including participation in various market presentations, customer seminars, innovation summits, segment-specific conferences, etc.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criterias:

Ø Degree (Bachelors and above preferred) in Electric Engineering / Automation.

本科或以上学历工科或工业自动化背景

Ø 3 years of relevant experience on BD / Marketing role, knowledge on Industrial Automation market.

Ø Result-oriented, great sense of ownership, innovative

Ø Good presentation skill, demonstrate ability on business planning and event/activity organizing.
