Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Offer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling marketing assets to drive customer acquisition and engagement through the creation of campaigns for our DCIM software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute compelling DCIM offer foundational presentations and assets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key target audiences across various channels (digital, content, events, PR)
- Manage the entire offer content lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, tracking, and optimization.
- Ensure offer assets are aligned with overall DCIM message and business objectives
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and offer programs
- Develop and manage content calendars and campaign plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve offer assets
- Explore and implement new marketing channels and technologies to reach target audiences
- Collaborate product, sales, and customer success teams to develop compelling content, ensure alignment and execution.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Understanding of data centre technologies and infrastructure
- Experience with content marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing programs
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw insights
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
