What will you do?
- 1. Marketing team coordination
- Responsible for Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process Step
- Responsble for defining & managing the marketing mix of the Offer
- Support the country marketing and commercial organization in the growth actions deployment
- Coordinate GRT price campaigns
- Coordinate product pyramid PM0 updates
- Lead the offer optimization project ( Long tail and O2)
- Define and arbitrate the plan for PEP (product evolution process) and PWP (product withdrawal process)
- Launch new offers and offers evolution

- 2. Marketing team animation
- Foster collaboration and communication within the team
- Manage the team workload
- Help the team in participation to key meetings, SIOP, PPR, BOC, RIM, arbitration meetings
- Launch new offers
- 3. Business Analysis
- Get a clear & updated understanding of the offer's environment & performances
- Prepare monthly reports of the business performance and launch performance
- Share analysis on trending against initiated activities
- Lead the AMR (Annual Market Review) for C&S activity

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor degree in Engineering with a Marketing background
- Minimum 8 years of sales, marketing or offer management experience
- Cross-cultural experience (interaction with other countries)
- B2B Marketing
- Product Offer management, p referably with an u nderstanding of Schneide r Electric product offerings
- Pricing strategy
- Promoter mindset of e-commerce
- Broadcast and value creation on social media
