The Opportunity

Our Digital Services team are currently seeking an Offer Manager to be based in Macquarie Park (Sydney). You will play a key role in marketing our Digital Services Offer portfolio, supporting sales and growth activities that achieves business objectives in support of our growing Customer requirements ranging across; Services, Digital Power, Industry and XaaS.

Leveraging our wide-range of growing integrated solutions and with an eye for recurring Contracts , you will collaborate with a wider team of passionate professionals as you make an Impact within markets that are calling for our combined expertise.

Key responsibilities will see you;

  • Engaging with Customers to understand needs and market our Digital Services offerings as you develop your knowledge of Schneider products to shape success
  • Utilising pricing tools, data, analytics and various digital tools to execute pricing strategies, policies and related initiatives across a growing Digital Services portfolio
  • Utilising Install Base data and leveraging market intelligence to shape Annual Marketing and Sales Plans
  • Ensure intimate Customer relationships as you act as a key point of contact on Customer requirements and related queries, developing Customer offerings to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborating with varied internal stakeholders on; Pricing, Product, Sales, Commercial, Marketing etc
  • Utilising Salesforce (CRM) to produce reports and relevant dashboards to monitor the performance of the Digital Services portfolio and provide insights to key stakeholders when required
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Communication Business Partner to execute a variety of media campaigns, represent Digital Services at a variety of internal forums and external events
  • Conducting regular training to Sales and Tendering teams on available offers (how to quote and sell), while also acting as a Consultant to the Sales teams to help build the right Service Offer (solution)
  • Review and optimise existing processes as you maintain a focus on continuous improvement, operating with an agile mindset within a business that embraces data and digital
  • Travel as required and support other ad-hoc projects


About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar discipline) and previous experience in a similar senior position (Customer Success, Account Management or related)
  • Previous experience in the use of a CRM (ideally Salesforce), confident in utilising data to inform stakeholders and shape technical solutions
  • Demonstrated success in a similar Marketing/Consulting focused role and someone who understands Customer/ Market segments and related channels
  • Strong Customer driven background and a proven ability to achieve tangible growth
  • Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and a commercial mindset
  • A growth mindset, well-developed digital skills and a technical aptitude
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to negotiate outcomes
  • Those with a background in Power systems, Automation or similar Electrical projects will be viewed favourably
