La figura richiesta sarà responsabile della gestione del portafoglio d'offerta di Quadri di Media Tensione Secondaria e Trasformatori di Distribuzione tramite varie attività legate al ciclo di vita del prodotto, dal lancio al fine vita, a supporto tecnico-commerciale dell'offerta.
Perimetro geografico di responsabilità: territorio italiano con frequenti interazioni/relazioni con l'estero.
Il candidato prescelto sarà responsabile di:
- Supporto tecnico-commerciale a vantaggio della crescita del business e redditività dell'offerta in gestione, sia in fase di lancio che in essere, tramite:
- Definizione pricing e posizionamento
- Localizzazione e sviluppo contenuti tecnico-promozionali
- Definizione strategie Marketing e gestione budget correlato
- Erogazione presentazioni prodotto a funzioni interne e Clienti
- Gestione omologazioni e certificazioni
- Integrazione prodotti in altre offerte e nei tool digitali (sito web, software di progettazione iProject, software di preventivazione eXteem, ecc.)
- Efficace coordinamento con tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte (Aree commerciali, Clientele, Fabbrica, Direzione Tecnica, Finance, Formazione Tecnica, Centro Supporto Cliente, Logistica, Qualità...)
- Supportare lo sviluppo offerte locali e la customizzazione di offerta, dall'identificazione delle specificità del paese Italia (vincoli normativi, specifiche tecniche, omologazioni, certificazioni) all'implementazione, collaborando con il team tecnico e con la Fabbrica, garantendo la costante relazione con le funzioni marketing globali.
- Supportare la forza di vendita e i clienti di riferimento (Settori, Studi Tecnici, Installatori, Impiantisti e Quadristi, Distribuzione, End User) tramite analisi specifiche tecniche o identificando il prodotto migliore in base alle esigenze del cliente/i e requisiti tecnici dell'applicazione
- Predisporre varie analisi di mercato, prodotto e concorrenza, in termini di caratteristiche tecniche, posizionamento e approccio commerciale, al fine di definire piani di marketing per promuovere le attività di vendita
- Effettuare analisi periodica di performance commerciali dell'offerta e reporting
