The Operational Offer Manager is responsible for the growth of the business in terms of offer sales, margins, delta price and market share gain , reporting to the Home & Distribution division within FSA&I cluster.

• The marketing mix of the offer for H&D
• New offer launches or boosting plans in the dedicated geographies
• Offer price positioning. Hold responsibility and control on pricing and profitability for his offers

• Train (Technical) Sales Force & Customer

As part of H&D marketing team at a key and exposed role, the operation offer manager will focus on offer management and performance in Morocco & Mauritania. We have very big ambitions and need to leverage strategic plans.
The operational offer manager Morocco & Mauritania will :
• Implement offer marketing plans including all necessary actions to boost cross divisions offers.
• Interact with the relevant stakeholders in the corporate business divisions
• Organize trainings of the Sales Force
• Advise Customers
• Define and organize customer journeys and Go to Market, also according to our digital strategy
• Actively participate in, administration, support to sales: catalogues, sales arguments, promotions, events, tools etc. Follow and analyze orders/sales & action plans results for the channel.
