We are currently seeking an experienced Offer Manager - EcoStruxure Transformer Expert to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the growth of our EcoStruxure Transformeroffering, a disruptive IoT / SaaS technology that is focused on power transformer condition monitoring and predictive analytics.

Driving sales and supporting Customer requirements across Australia and New Zealand, you will partner with a variety of key stakeholders as you support business strategies and utilise our integrated solutions to support our ongoing growth within a market that is full of opportunity.

This exciting new career opportunity will see you:

  • Primarily responsible for EcoStruxure Transformeroffering and driving sales growth and market success in supporting related growth objectives
  • Understand transformer fleet maintenance cycles and help clarify the value proposition across different market segments
  • Act as a key point of contact to support Customer requirements, utilising your specialist technical background to provide technical solutions
  • Convert opportunities in to a strong pipeline that supports growth objectives and recurring Contracts
  • Proactively engage with Customers as you understand needs and utilise data, analytics and various digital tools to shape success
  • Acting as a self-starter to collaborate with varied internal and external stakeholders (Pricing, Product, Sales, Commercial etc.)
  • Regular travel across Australia and New Zealand as required


Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications - ideally in Engineering / Marketing or similar discipline/s
  • Previous success and experience in a similar customer-focused role and someone who understands Customer/ Market segments and related channels
  • Proven ability to collaborate with varied stakeholder groups and the confidence to play a key Customer facing role as you utilise your proven ability to achieve outcomes through people
  • Depth of relevant technical knowledge across relevant products coupled with a proven commercial approach and a growth mindset
  • Those with a background in the Electrical industry and / or with specific knowledge or experience across Transformers (install, commission, maintain) will be viewed favourably
