• Start SWP & Leverage SWP as business opportunity and define a common road map with Modernization squad. Contribute to SWP process document.
• Manage inputs and define ongoing improvements required of the offer to meet customer/market needs.
• Drive action to ramp-up the business & maximize offer adoption. Track the results of the sales and adoption of the offer by indicate the success factors (e.g. Attachment rate) and engage corrective action. Provide a holistic view of the solution by monitor market dynamics, analyze customer feedback, and propose the necessary improvements and adaptation to ensure its success deployment in the targeted markets.
• PWP: Secure capability to deliver spare parts to customers at the right level of quality during the period of service. Ensure proper follow up of the different PWP projects and Manage projects from end to end
