OEM Channel Sales Engineer

Sofia, Bulgaria

The Sales Engineer OEM channel is responsible for achieving sales goals and implementing company-approved programs within the Bulgaria teritory. This is accomplished by providing information and services to OEM customers.

T he Sales Engineer OEM channel is also responsible for coordinating sales actiwities with other Sales departments to maximize sales in territory in accordance with company business plan, to develop constructive and cooperative relationships with the teammates.

What will you do?

  • Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
  • Promote and sale Schneider Electric's offer (products and services) and solutions to customers.
  • Works on customer issues of moderate scope and complexity. Provide support to external customers on solution issues.
  • Applies market and account skills, necessary for dealing with different target audiences.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through availability, timely communication, placing accurate orders, following-up on accounts.
  • Follow closely Schneider Electric oriented customers and Schneider Electric loyal partners.
  • Maintains and develops up-to-date knowledge of Industrial automation, Water segment, company and competitive products. Applies the knowledge of the products and solutions to customer's needs.
  • Trains others on company products and solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales budgets/plans while adhering to Schneider Electric Bulgaria sales rules of engagement.
  • Deploys all sales actions with ОЕМ customers in order to maximize the business with them.
  • Engineering support for the design, quotation, implementation and delivery of Schneider Electric solutions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Proven sales experience and skills, including negotiation, and account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and technical competencies within Energy Management and/or Industrial Automation
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
  • Fluency in both English and Bulgarian
  • Driving license
