As the Nordic Segment Leader - Energies & Chemicals your mission will be to d evelop Schneider Electric Nordic market shares into Energies & Chemicals segment. Strong contributor to this objective will be thought leadership, C-level engagement and deep understanding of Schneider Ecostruxure Power, Ecostruxure Plants, Softwares & Sustainability services value proposition .

You will be on pursuit of major Energies & Chemicals projects in the Nordic zone with strong focus on Energy transition projects (Hydrogen, Green Fuels, Green Ammonia & Carbon capture). You'll b e the Sustainability advisor of Energies & Chemicals industry end users in the Nordics !

What will you do

  • Define and implement the Regional Nordic strategy to grow Schneider Electric's market share into the Energies & Chemicals segment
  • Manage Strategic accounts and Segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
  • Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions and services as well as Process Automation
  • Influence the key targeted Energies & Chemicals end users in the zone, focusing on Energy Transition projects.
  • Coordination of major pursuit projects in the Nordic region involving international stakeholders


You will be collaborating closely with the Power Systems Zone V ice P resident , P ower S ystems Country Sales Directors, and Sales teams, and global E nergies & Chemicals Segment team, Industry automation Zone VP & Sales Directors in countries. This role will develop and implement the Nordic EVB Factories ( Electric Vehicle Battery ) growth strategy, develop our market shares at targeted end users and related EPCs & Process OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) .

What will help you to succeed
  • Successful track record of strategic account management and development and eagerness to close significant deals
  • T echnical and sales expertise in Medium Voltage & Low voltage including digital software applications relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation hardware and software is highly beneficial
  • Strategic & tactical mindset, proactively creating opportunities through consultative selling
  • Familiar ity with the processes and opportunities within E nergies and Chemicals segment
  • Existing relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels is desired
  • Great capability to create relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
