You are a recently graduated students with a Degree in Engineering, Commercial or Business, who are ready to be part of a high-performance team.
We hope you are curious and interested in spending time with us while learning a lot of new stuff. At the same time, you will use your theoretical knowledge to challenge yourself - and us - in your work. This requires an investment from your side and a willingness to participate in both knowledge sharing and development. We want you to be results oriented, entrepreneurial, open-minded and have an interest in energy management and efficiency. You also need an interest in business to ensure that we keep adding value to our customer, our partners and to Schneider Electric in everything we do.

Associate Project Manager
Join our team as an Associate Project Manager! Utilize your electrical engineering expertise to lead the technical execution of Building Management System projects, collaborating with project teams to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. You'll play a key role in designing solutions and ensuring project success in a vibrant work environment.
Project Coordinator
Join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll lead small-sized package projects within our Application Center. You'll manage project execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with suppliers and colleagues while safeguarding company interests and compliance. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment!
Service Representative
Join us as a Service Representative, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer equipment. You'll provide technical support both on-site and in the shop, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with experienced colleagues, adhere to safety guidelines, and identify sales opportunities while using digital tools to enhance your efficiency. 🔧
Project Manager
Join our world class delivery team ensuring successful project delivery to our Customers. You'll learn the management of the full project and service contracts execution lifecycle for a portfolio of customer projects. You will be the customer primary point of contact, building long term relationships and becoming a trusted partner. This is exciting opportunity to launch your career and build both an in-depth understanding of our solutions and build a strong network with customers and internal stakeholders in a global setting 🤝
Digital Sales Representative
Become a Digital Sales Representative at Schneider Electric, focusing on our Electrician customers. You'll develop relationships with existing clients, serve as their primary point of contact, and collaborate with distributors to provide comprehensive offers. Present new solutions and campaigns while leveraging digital tools to enhance customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for those eager to grow in sales!
Strategic Intelligence Junior Analyst
Join our Zone Strategy team as a Strategic Intelligence Junior Analyst. You'll monitor market trends and competition, collect and analyze relevant data, and present insights to stakeholders across Schneider Electric. Collaborate with team members to create strategic analyses and conduct ad-hoc research focused on key areas. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical skills! 📊
Tender Engineer
As a Tender Engineer you will be responsible for developing winning bids for our Building Management System contracts by conceptualizing and designing technical solutions that meet customer requirements. This role involves reviewing tender documents, negotiating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures. In this role you will collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve bid conditions and participates in customer meetings to strengthen relationships 😊
