Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers specializing in Schneider Electric Portfolio & digital solutions to meet project objectives and department goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation & digital solutions to ensure seamless integration of industrial automation systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains within the engineering and services functions
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve automation processes
About You

In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Technology or Business Management
- At least 8 years' experience in Digital Solutions, Engineering management, Team leadership
- Good understanding of Industrial Controls and Automation, and key industrial segments
- Tremendous client relationship management, commercial acumen, and market analysis skills
- Prior Management or Team Leader roles experience, with a focus on customer-facing support
