As a European Sales Account Manager for our Secure Power & Data Center Business, you'll immerse yourself in the captivating and fast paced world of sustainable technologies for data centers. This 18-month program will ignite your personal and professional growth with international exposure and immersive cultural experiences, all while contributing to a sustainable future.

    • A multi-country 18-month rotational program, kicking-off with an onboarding in France and then spread your wings with 9-month assignments in 2 vibrant European countries (Ireland & Italy).
    • Work across multiple business teams and country organizations to develop a network that helps you gain support to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Develop an end-to-end understanding of Schneider Electric's Secure Power & Data Center business and their products and solutions so that you can bring value to our customer's operations.
    • Work with target customers to understand, identify and define their requirements so that you can propose innovative solutions to their business needs.
    • The most valuable aspect of this program is the opportunity for you to learn and gain hands-on experience in new projects that will bolster your professional development. Every effort and bit of knowledge gained from this program will create a pathway for you to potentially join our team.

Your Profile:

    • You are currently in the DACH-Region (Germany, Austria, Szwitzerland) AND your nationality is part of the EU [requirement of VIE].
    • Fluent English speaker (its a plus if you know more than one)
    • Adventurous spirits and ambitious minds with a passion for sales, business, and sustainable technologies.
    • Strong communicator who thrives in diverse & multicultural environments
    • Trailblazing talent with a desire to make an impact on the planet and drive sustainable change.
    • You achieve your Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or Information Technology up to June 2024 (valid in Europe).
