The Mid-Market Account Executive is an instrumental member of our National Sales Organization, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our high-growth, high-potential mid-market customer base. This is a sales hunter role responsible for acquiring net new customers, creating new relationships, discovering new opportunities, generating proposals, and closing net new business primarily for the APC brand portfolio.
This is an aggressive sales position with a generous compensation plan and serves as a launch point for experienced professionals seeking growth and promotion to future sales and leadership roles within Schneider Electric.

The Mid-Market Account Executive is part of a broader territory coverage ecosystem with aligned resources in the field (technical sales) and internal support (marketing, project support) to ensure success and cohesive customer coverage.
What will you do?
- Develop Opportunities: Hunt for opportunities through sales and marketing activities targeting end customers.
- Collaborate: Work with aligned sales roles to close deals and transition customers to a retention coverage model.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize new technologies, marketing campaigns, and social selling practices to enhance customer experience and relationships.
- Account Planning: Develop account plans and campaigns for a selected account set.
- Resource Management: Prioritize internal and external (virtual) resources to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Innovate: Bring new ideas for building new businesses and creating additional pipelines.
- Funnel/Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the IT-related industry preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $108,900- $163,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
