Methods & Maintenance Manager

ü Asegurar la formación y desarrollo de las competencias técnicas de su equipo siguiendo las reglas SPS y ciclos SIM de la planta.

ü Garantizar el mantenimiento de los equipos de fabricación a través de herramientas como el TPM y estudios de capacidades.

ü Impulsar le mejora continua en cuanto a la arquitectura de líneas de producción, capacidades y tiempos de referencia.

ü Asegurar el retorno de las inversiones realizadas para la optimización y desarrollo de procesos.

ü Definir la organización de acuerdo con la estrategia de la planta, con el fin de optimizar los costes de DVC y MBC.

ü Decidir los proveedores y subcontratistas según los requerimientos industriales y logísticos.

Conocimientos y experiencia

ü Titulación requerida: Ingeniería ( o experiencia equivalente)

ü Conocimientos avanzados de Organización.

ü Experiencia mínima de 3 años en departamento industrial.

ü Inglés medio alto y francés deseable

ü Formación básica en SSL, SGSSL, OHSAS 18001 , ISO 14001 e ISO 50001
