And on some days you may:

• Attend meetings with design engineering to discuss requirements of tools and software.
• Meet with vendors to learn about new products, services, and support
• Deploy new software or updates to existing software to users
• Keep technically abreast of changes, advancements, and/or improvements within area of assignment or discipline, incorporating these improvements where applicable.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
• System/tool down time should be planned outside of working hours.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• 4 year software programming/engineering degree; Masters in Engineering or PHD will be considered a plus.
• 3 or more years of experience in software programming development. C#.VB(all variants), SQL required (Python, others a plus). Experience in code debugging, computer networking, and remote assistance is required.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft office applications (Word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, access).
• Installation and configuration of software applications and drivers. Computer troubleshooting a must.
• Extensive knowledge of programming in C#, VB(all variants), and SQL (database knowledge required) and code troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of understanding of IT concepts/tools.
• Cybersecurity basics
