 Understand Supply Chain Management flow with conformance SAP configuration
 Understand business flow, production flow related to on time delivery to customer
 Maintain SAP MRP configuration(including MRP strategy, MRP consumption group , in-house production lead time ,minimum lot size at FG, Semi-G level ) and ensure the BOM and Routing is right defined by method engineer in SAP in line with the material feeding or picking /pull to production order confirmation milestone.
 With forecast consumption ,apply ABC category and set safety stock level according to =S= inventory management rules
 Forecast review and deployment
 Take in the monthly rolling forecast from customer and organize the monthly forecast review meeting with the participation of customer ,production ,supply chain and method department to clarify the delivery requirement, capacity, crisis parts ,sales trend and RM /FG stock evolution.

 Update the forecast in SAP on time together with material planner to run MRP to trigger the raw material procurement requisition planning , create and evaluate monthly (rolling) purchase plan to SCM approval for procurement tracking and share individually to supplier on time .
 Order processing
 Receive and acknowledge ( EDI or FAX) the purchase order from customers in SAP as Sales order (SO) of JV on delivery date ,quantity ,pricing.
 Coordinate with Material Planner (Flow Controller) to Release PR to PO according SAP systemized procurement lot sizing( Monthly ,Bi-weekly, or Weekly) according approved procurement plan ,place and confirm( EDI or FAX) the procurement order with supplier on delivery date ,quantity ,pricing.
 Support Material Planner to negotiate with supplier for emergency ordering quantity and delivery in shortened lead time
 Follow up Procurement Order delivery :shipping acknowledge ,rescheduling in /out ,supplier delay alert
 Daily monitor PO delivery status via SAP ,confirm with flow controller/supplier on shipping arrangement in period advance, support flow controller to negotiate with supplier on PO delivery rescheduling in or out ..
 For import delivery , collect the import shipping document in advance and work with customs team to guarantee the customs clearance process
 Track supplier service level on delivery via SAP as indicator to define coefficient to set or adjust safety stock quantity to relevant reference and work with purchasing department to improve the vendor service level.
 Follow up Sales order delivery on time to satisfy customer service
 Create the delivery instruction referring to to SO and actual production output to FG sock keeper ,and prepare formula invoice ,packing list to Customs and Transportation team while exporting as customs clearance and forwarder files
 Follow up logistic team to ensure the forwarder transportation arrangement and delivery to customer on site.
 Prepare payment request according to information from PO ,goods receiving and invoice
 Work with logistic tema /warehouse keeper Confirm the goods receiving quantity in line with PO and check up the invoice for the PO
 Deliver the payment request application with confirmed invoice tand GR slips conforming to PO .
 Handle defect parts return to supplier
 Handle the return logistic process With quality engineer's judgement report on the defect part needed to return to supplier. For oversea supplier ,need cowork with customs team.
 Track Finished Goods Shopfloor stock and consumption accuracy
 Participate finance monthly closing to make sure material stock variance (subcontractor, or production floor) is adjusted to maintain stock accuracy and the COGI is clean up before closing.
 KPI Period Report and Action to continuous improvement
 Deliver periodic report of Customer service level ,Actual delivery and backlog rescheduling, Forecast accuracy, service level , ,Stock coverage report on raw material reference , Material shortage report and coordinate teamwork to implement actions on continuous improvement
