The main objective of this role is to lead the creation and maintenance of NAM Distribution Centers Manhattan WMS Master data. The PMDM (Plant Master Data Manager) is responsible to develop and establish the long-term processes around the governance of Distribution Center Data, this is achieved by ensuring product data accuracy and consistency in collaboration with DC Inventory teams, regional teams, and global teams on continuous Improvement initiatives for data quality.

Responsibilities:

  • PMDM Manages the DC Manhattan WMS Master Data.
  • Extracts data via SQL queries and perform data quality checks, data corrections, and synchronize data across NAM Distribution Centers.
  • Collaborates with DC inventory and DC master data leads to root cause and reconcile data issues and establish best practices.
  • Collaborates with Plant master data analysts to share quality data for SAP updates.
  • Identifies master data interface failure opportunities which can cause data inconsistencies.

Qualifications

  • You are quick to learn with the capacity of mastering data and understanding detailed system/physical processes and flows.

Skills for this position:
  • Ability to scale up to learn multiple applications such as Access, Excel, Manhattan WMS, Oracle, SAP, SQL, middleware (ie: SAP PI)
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements for new reporting innovations and requests into automated reported, i.e. RPA, AI, etc...
  • Ability to explore and design analytical reports in collaboration with various teams of experts.

• Take Initiative to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps.

• Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors, master's degree or equivalent Certifications in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working with data, data tables and ETL processes or Operational Experience.
  • Experience in Manhattan WMS, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, or equivalent system.

• Inventory control process knowledge. (desired)

• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI

• Have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Can Travel (monthly) to Distribution Centers in the NAM region US, MX

• Proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancements.

• Basic project management skills; Effective working on teams withing and outside your function; strong networking and collaborative skills.

• Able to design supporting documentation and train various types of end users on reports developed such as peers and DC operators.
