The Mission:
The marketing projects and continuous improvement manager will work in the UK&I transactional business supporting the offer marketing team and will be responsible for marketing projects management and delivering improvement projects resulting in efficiency gains within the team.
You will work within the UKI offer marketing team and will need to engage and collaborate with various other parts of the business inside and outside of the UK&I team to drive the expected results.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the planning, implementation and delivery of offer marketing projects including but not limited to new product introductions, process improvements and other potential commercial or strategic projects.
- You will track, supervise, and report on progress to key stakeholders as well as identify and support the management of risks and blockers to delivering key milestones.
- You will identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement, analyse and implement process improvements in a complex matrixed organisation.
- You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and collaboration and manage all aspects of change across a diverse set of stakeholders.
- The role will be primarily based in Telford, but you will need to collaborate with teams across UK&I as well as with others globally.

Skills & Experience:
- Gathering and interpreting data that supports identifying improvement opportunities.
- Advanced change management and communication skills.
- Excellent skills in the areas of process improvement and project management.
- Experience in defining and deploying new ways of working, including technology, processes and digital solutions.
- Knowledge of successful approaches to managing a range of improvement and change management projects.
- Tracking and promoting benefits/value to drive further engagement.
- Strong collaborator able to effectively communicate with diverse set of stakeholders.
- Track record of delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Management of projects from end-to-end with realised targets.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Prior experience in influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Commercial acumen.
