The energy industry is undergoing a remarkable transformation, and we are seeking a passionate Marketing Offer Manager to drive our eMobility and Microgrid offers in the Commercial & Industrial segments. This role will be crucial in understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and technical insights to ensure successful product launches and market establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for eMobility & Microgrid offers to drive profitable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to optimize product offers and set strategic targets.
  • Capture the "Voice of the Customer" to provide valuable feedback to R&D for ongoing product development tailored for the Pacific and Global markets.
  • Promote and grow the portfolio, including HDEVC and MGRID offers, along with Battery and Electrical Distribution solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager of Marketing and support teams including Channel Managers and Offer Managers across various segments.

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management within the Energy sector or related fields.
  • Proven track record in strategy deployment, offer launches, and campaign development.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market and the ongoing transition within the industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in English with strong market intelligence skills.
  • A pragmatic business focus with the ability to actively listen and translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
