You will join the Sustainability Business team , part of E nergy M anagement in East Asia and Japan , w ho enable Schneider Electric customers to decarbonize their operations and achieve their sustainability commitments .
Location: Kallang
Mission (About the Role)
- You will join the Marketing team that serves as the face of Sustainability Business division , coordinating and producing all materials representing the business ; to build awareness of our brand, promoting the services we offer , and providing engagement in public and private forums.
- The role will enable you to contribute to increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving customer engagement, boosting sales, and expanding market share .
What will you do?
- Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
- Researching c ustomer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify market trends, customer needs and expectations
- Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on Sales/Business Development needs
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities ( e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education : Pursuing a degree in Marketing / Communications / Politics / Economics / Business related or similar
- Skills/Systems K nowledge :
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
- Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Ability to translate complex research into common language
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Organization and time management skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
