We are currently seeking for a Marketing Data Analyst to our new Sales & Marketing Insights & Analytics team. You will be working for the Nordic Baltic Zone and based in our office in Barcelona, Spain.

In this role you will be joining us on our exciting journey towards a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for interpreting data and turning it into insights to provide our commercial organization with in-depth analytics and actionable recommendations to drive our commercial performance forward as we aim to be the best performing Sales & Marketing organization in our industry.

You are eager to understand and learn about the business and commercial organization and you animate the Nordic Baltic Sales & Marketing organization with analytics, insights and actions within fields such as Marketing Campaign Performance, Digital Marketing Performance and Digital Product Experience Performance.

What will you do?

You will be working in a newly established team of minimum five Marketing Business Analysts working together with Marketeers, Channel Mangers, Offer Managers, Business developers and other colleagues both locally but also globally. You will play a critical role in supporting business decision making processes by providing insightful analysis and financial evaluations. Your outputs will be critical in order to help the business make decisions, support strategies and to optimize profitability and this position will involve a wide blend of commercial data analysis, financial modelling and market research.



Responsibilities include:

Business Interpretation
  • Acting as a critical link between the data delivered by the technical teams and the data consumed by the business to support the business to be able to make data driven decisions to enhance go-to-market performance


Data Analysis
  • Gathering and structuring information from various sources
  • Making recommendations about the methods and ways in which we obtain and analyze data to improve quality and efficiency of data systems, dashboards etc.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and analyze results


Result Analysis
  • Working alongside teams within the business including management team to establish business needs
  • Collecting and interpreting data to improve our commercial processes
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Designing Data for dashboards serving business needs


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

We are looking for a person with:
  • Several years of experience supporting multinational and multicultural work environments across Europe in using data science techniques to generate valuable insights and analytics to support the company's partner performance and commercial efforts
  • A dynamic individual & role model that inspires & influences our stakeholders in equal measure and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A relevant degree such as Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or equivalent
  • Effective communicator capable of interaction with different stakeholders including senior management
  • Fluent in English and preferably in one or more of the Nordic languages


As a Data Analyst you should be experienced in:
  • Project management
  • Data models and reporting packages
  • Collecting and analyzing large dataset from various sources
  • Analyzing results and identifying patterns and trends in data sets like Sales and Opportunities pipelines, customer segmentation and engagement data etc.
  • Creating data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish business needs and develop new data collection and analysis processes
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data incl. data cleaning and data preparation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve data analysis methods
  • Understanding of partner relationship dynamics and financial modeling expertise
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics
  • Data analysis tools and software like Excel, Tableau, SEMrush, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, SimilarWeb etc.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently under pressure
  • The ability to make data-driven decisions and visualize them in an easily understandable way
  • A strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
