• Ensure to improve workplace Safety, Health, Environment and Ergonomics.
• Procedures and regulations followed during assembly and material handling.
• Bring Awareness on workshop 5S standard, ensure maintained and improved.
• Planning and Monitoring of Tooling & equipment requirements; ensure good working condition.
• Bring system-based approach to track workload, simplify the work, standardize processes,
• Improve Performance of Assembly and Material handling operations.
• Track and Improve KPIs such as Assembly Efficiency, Labor productivity, Zero Defect, Zero (material) waiting time, Zero accident, Zero error (material accuracy).
• Focus areas include People management, machine assembly, material storage, material issuance, standardization, digitalize processes.
• Propose and implement workflow initiatives to improve the efficiency of assembly process and supply chain downstream.
• Use structured problem-solving method to address gaps in performance.
• Responsible for training and development of technicians, contributing to multiskilling development and training matrix.
• Define work scope for each operation / task.
• Resource allocation based in project schedule and available resources.
• Create and develop pool of supplier for workshop services.
• Receive and interpret engineering packages for assembly.
• Ensure equipment quality and proper operation in accordance with internal standards and technical specification.
• Communicates results, issues and solutions internally and to customers.
• Troubleshoots product and system issues related to equipment solutions.
• Helps establish technical strategies, internal procedures and best practices.
• Review inspection records to ensure accurate information is compiled for reporting.
• Manage material and equipment flow from receiving to assembly process.
• Control Workshop inventory and drive maximum consumable readiness.
• Manage equipment delivery onsite.
• Measures and analyzes warehousing performance and implement corrective actions.
• Anticipate material supply risks in advance to ensure quick response in collaboration with purchasing department and project leaders.
• Prepare & deliver weekly reports on Workshop & Warehouse activity and performance.

This job might be for you if:
Education: Automation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial- Bachelor's degree or related field
Job Related Experience: 1-3 years of experience integrating machines for test and/or assembly automatic equipment for high volume production.
Business Understanding: Good understanding of manufacturing processes, Machine building such as electrical testing, automatic assembly, palletizing, pick and place systems, vision inspection systems.
Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): Knowledge of ECAD / MCAD modeling, People handling, Supervisory, Leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (both English and Spanish)
