As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. If you are passionate about driving continuous improvement and quality excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Quality Operations for one or several production sectors, ensuring that the Process Control Plan is effectively applied.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement problem-solving strategies.
• Participate in Short Interval Management for production lines to optimize performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation.
• Lead Process Audits and conduct Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Provide insights and challenge quality aspects for new products or product evolution (PMP and PEP).
• Regularly assess the execution of PEP processes, ensuring the effective use of tools (Symphony, Tempo, NextGen PDM, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to mitigate potential quality issues.
• Serve as the local expert on assembled products within your sector.
• Validate inspection methods and identify new technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Validate materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• English advanced
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Proficient in issue resolution and maintaining authority on quality matters.
• Knowledge of quality manufacturing/logistics principles and business acumen.
• Digital acumen with experience in data analytics and relevant software tools.
• Ability to influence and convince stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.
• Experience with Change Control, PPAP, and MSASPC methodologies.
• Black belt
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Equivalent
