What will you do?

  • To drive the transformation of ME in International plants and DC in terms of automation and digitalization at competitive cost and speed, leveraging best practices from other regions.
  • To lead, manage and develop manufacturing engineering team, to finish process industrialization from conception to completion, validate the document, and audit the equipment design as well. Ensure all industrial projects could be finished on time and successfully.
  • Work with plant and technical department to create the technical roadmap of the product, define the long term industrial planning for critical process, find out the opportunity to continuously improve the productivity and quality control level...
  • Support for standardization establish, include procedure definition, catalog, general specification...
  • Support plant to create their own competency on automation scope, help each plant to improve the productivity on P&L
  • Review and define the technical road map (MoB as well), realize and follow up in GSC INT
  • Continuous to improve the professional skill and competency of the team. Create the opportunity to launch the productivity project at least but not only in the perimeter.
  • Realize the innovation on existing process through new techno involvement, test and launch the new techno with sustainability
  • Drive team engagement

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor degree of mechanical, electrical, automatic
  • More than 8 years as automatic equipment designer, knowledge of ergonomics/ m ore than 5 years as automatic e quipment designer + 3 years as maintenance or method engineer, knowledge of ergonomics
  • Management scope: build up high performance team, develop the career of team member, project management, communication, balance and network
  • Technical scope: ability to coach team to build competitive solution and execute with agility and quality; ability for validate the technical documents, manage and keep the competency of the team, drives the direction of the innovation...
  • Prior exposure of drawing software and equipment design will be beneficial
