Stakeholder Satisfaction & Relationship Management
§ Build strong business relationships with Marcom, MD office, R&D, Digital, GSC & Front office team
§ Develop, maintain, and administer Global & Local Travel Policy allowing for cultural and regional differences with cross functional coordination as needed.
§ Monitor travel policy compliance and provide strategies to increase compliance.
§ Oversight of the travel management company(ies) including all operational issues, SLA's, management reporting systems, and adherence to policy.
§ Develop, implement and manage all travel vendor relationships and programs (agency, air, hotel, STCR, LTCR, MICE & other travel-related services ensuring compliance to service level agreements).

§ Strive towards continuous Travel & Expense strategy alignment with the business, vendor improvement and management of key category relationships.
§ Knowledge of global Travel & Expense markets and leverages Sourcing methodologies to drive the category.
§ Responsible for end to end management of assigned category, including category sourcing plan, deal pipeline, category process and policies and managing to the spend and savings targets for the category.
§ Accountable for India Travel & Marcom category spend savings targets and objectives.
§ Act as local Business Partner and be the voice of their needs & requirements by understanding and relay business needs and requirements for all Marcom and Travel needs.
§ Facilitate to ensure balance between procurement strategies and operational realities to ensure the alignment of the global procurement with the business strategies
§ Understand in depth todays and future business requirements, processes and methodologies.
§ Provide outstanding services that meet stakeholders' needs to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
§ Achieve local P&L targets and maintain profitability
§ Continuously develop and maintain services and solutions to generate value for the business
§ Monitor and report activities to ensure fulfilling service levels and take mitigation actions in case of non-fulfilment of agreements
§ Support issue resolutions
Global Initiatives Deployment
§ Facilitate the strategic delivery and execution of inclusive solutions and services
§ Single point of contact for BTA, Corporate cards, TMC & global hotel RFP related programs for Global Travel Team and Global Category Team.
§ Provide leadership, project & change management for the implementation and development of joint ambitions.
§ Leverage local knowledge/practices with strategic category expertise
§ Adopt to local / operational realities ensuring to drive value from stakeholder perspective
§ Support global strategic sourcing teams
Local tactical sourcing
§ Manage local negotiations and sourcing activities.
§ Manage the day to day interaction between Schneider Electric and its respective supplier panel and manages the supplier performance locally/regionally.
§ Manage local/regional supplier selection process.
Continuous improvement & solutions generation
§ Drive standardization and automation to continuously improve processes to drive sustainable efficiency
§ Identify and develop innovative opportunities
§ Develop and elevate standard in alignment with category management Support
