Business Understanding To handle Panel Builders & Contractors for One SE Electric Product lines & solutions. Overall portfolio to be covered as MV/LV Switchgears & Equipments, Motion and PFC including VCB/ACB/MCCB/Contactors, Meters, Drives & Softstarters, Capacitors, ATS Etc. The candidate also should also have a fair knowledge of Final Distribution Products like MCBs, RCCBs, RCBO's, Wiring Devices, Busbar trunking System, UPS etc. The knowledge of EMS will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities and activities include:
- Meet assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales/business strategies, establish call plans, develop account profiles.
- Collaborate with other Schneider Electric sales teams to drive specifications and sales.
- Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to assigned customers.
- Develop new market and sales opportunities continuously.
- Manage customer and partner relationships and expectations to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, order handling, follow up, and technical support.
- Maintain CRM database for customer activities and opportunities.
Qualifications
Study of electrical / automation technology Professional experience in the field of Final Distribution, Wiring devices, Switchgear & Controlgear, Power quality & Metering Devices. Professional experience in sales strong customer and sales orientation good communication skills binding, competent and convincing appearance quick comprehension of the complex customer requirements and recognition of the holistic customer potential independent work with high negotiating skills
