in particular ) at the right Quality , cost , delivery.
All know-how embedded should be kept inside Schneider.

Description :

To design and realize the machines ordered on MDC India. To realize the machine in his / her specialty , set-up until final qualification at customer side with right level (Quality , Cost , Delivery).

1. New equipment developing

- Equipment study and definition:

To participate in the costing phases of MDC business, identify key points requiring prototypes and feasibility studies

- Equipment design and setup

To do mechanical design & simulations , specify the requirements - tolerances , surface treatments, etc.,

Generate BOM and 2D drawings

To support mechanical part procurement

To support technician and automation engineer setup equipment

- Equipment commissioning

To participant equipment final qualification and provide the technical support to customers

To define and update the documentation of setting ,preventive maintenance etc

2. Provide expertise on various subjects

To define, deploy, and train Mechanical design standard with safety design to plants and equipment suppliers

To diagnose and analyze issues of production equipment for setting and adjustment

To investigate production process applicability by with expertise

To support the Industrial Mandatory Requirement (IMR) for Key Process

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Eng.
Job Related Experience: Have enough experience of customized equipment mechanical design, assembly, and adjustment. 4 -6 years related working experience on discrete industry customized Equipment

Business Understanding: Very good knowledge of discrete industry process and machine
Others (e.g. language skills,technical skills):
- Pneumatic knowledge, mechanical manufacturing, automatic assembly,
AutoCAD/Solidworks/Creo
- English both oral and written
- Communication skill for technical exchanging with Customers
- Equipment & Process solution creation
