Job Description Regional Manager for Chittagong:
1. Preparation of Sales / Operational Plan:
• Developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners & End Customers for managing sales in Chittagong Region though prescribed channels like Distributors, Contactors and Panel Builders for all Schneider Electric Products & Solutions.
• Acting as Hub of all functional activities in this region
• Collaboration with every Business unit to ensure achievement of Sales Targets and adequate support for end users and Partners.
• Maintaining a good co-ordination between zonal and national office for smooth operation
2. Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets for the assigned territory/customers

• Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements
• Allocating targets by customers and activities
• Preparing month wise target plan
• Identifying initiatives to grow Building business
• Identifying new opportunities to be captured for pushing Sales
3. Achieving Sales Targets:
• Regularly monitor customer wise performance against Targets
• Review customer performance and report periodically
• Address Issues faced by customer and saturate, develop and qualify customers as per
the need of the region.
4. Collections for Direct Customers (if applicable):
• Collecting Collections Status for Direct Customers from Finance
• Get monthly collection as per the plan
5. Customer & Channel Management:
• Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan
• Ensure preparation of customer visit plans monitor adherence to the same.
• Regularly fill the sales reports and opportunities to drive sales and have adequate service levels for customers.
• Be a part of regular meetings with other teams to ensure support remotely.
• Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
• Managing Channel partners according to their strengths, implementing strategy to boost
up their sale force.
6. Promotional Activities:
• Organize seminars, presentations to influence customers to have a preference for our
products
• Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team
• Ensure proactive measures for establishment of network with end users such as
preparing and sharing technical literature with them
7. Experience & Qualification:
• Graduate Electrical Engg with MBA is preferable
• 7-10 years in the Sales field for LV & MV System.
• Turnkey base project solution knowledge is preferable
• Tender preparing and submission knowledge is preferable
• Channel Business Management is preferable.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Internal
- BSc Engineering (EEE) from recognized University.
- Related job experience of 6-8 years.
- Knowledge on IEC and other Standards
- Must have enough knowledge on AutoCAD.
- Must have enough skill in MS Excel.
- Willing to travel 50% of the working hour.
- Proficiency in English.
