• As a Data Analyst - Your role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support informed business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data in a clear and actionable manner to aid in strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Main responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst - You are expected to be strong digital acumen supporting data analysis for operational excellence.
• Data Support for Performance KPI and conduct analysis for any cost savings opportunities like Share of Business Adherence, Optimization, Days to due date (One of the Pillar in Schneider Impact Program)
• Develop Visualization dashboards based on project requirements.

• POC for Any Digitization projects as a program manager.
• Requirement gathering and evaluation of SE business situations to implement appropriate analytic solutions.
• Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
• Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering.
• Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.
• Working on existing / new reports the candidate should be completely at ease with all aspects of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online and SQL Server Technologies.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Preference:
• 4-6 years hands-on experience in data visualization
• Exposure to in data warehouse solution design and architecture.
• Exposure to creating complex SQL Queries and using ETL tools such as Informatica/Alteryx/Tableau Prep/Power BI.
• Gather requirements, design specifications, develop technical and user documentation and report development
• Certification from Tableau/Power BI would be preferred.
• Procurement Knowledge would be preferred.
