Job Responsibilities:

• Working on existing / new reports the candidate should be completely at ease with all aspects of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online and SQL Server Technologies.
• Candidate should have an in depth understanding of ETL process and is comfortable working with complex SQL queries. The candidate will be responsible for writing queries to extract the required data as well as creating the visualizations.
• Familiar with the Project Lifecycle process from requirements gathering, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and support.
- Work as an individual contributor and collaborate with multiple teams/vendors/consultants in an effective manner.
- Prioritize tasks and proactively manage workload to ensure timely delivery with high accuracy.
- Active contribution to project planning and scheduling.
- Create and maintain project specific documents such as process / quality / learning documents.
Qualifications and Preference:
• Minimum 7-10 years hands-on experience in Tableau (v10 onwards) Desktop, Tableau Server.
• Experience in data warehouse solution design and architecture.
• Experience creating complex SQL Queries and using ETL tools such as Informatica/Alteryx/Tableau Prep/SSIS.
• Hands on expertise of Tableau administration and maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple client engagements as a Lead with timely deliverables.
• Gather requirements, design specifications, develop technical and user documentation and report development.
- Certification from Tableau would be preferred.
• Knowledge on Big Data AWS technologies (S3, RedShift) is preferred

Lead the Regional (India) Procurement Effectiveness team and work closely with the management for Digital Transformation & Process Improvement on Procurement
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Performance of the regional procurement team by working closely with each KPI owner and stakeholders.
- Drive the Process Compliance for the Procurement Function and making sure there are no non-conformance to the Key Internal Compliance audit.
- Own the Procurement Excellence System (PES) for OFP (Offer Fulfillment Process) function
- Own the data, digital tools, and process of Procurement function for India region.
- Actively collaborate with cross regional Effectiveness leaders to share and adopt best practices that will help the regional growth
- Organize and execute Leadership meets (IPC) in India Procurement
- Drive user adoption on Digital tools and process in the region in collaboration with the Global Digital Tool owners
- Spearhead Digital Transformation by collaborating Internally and externally with Technology providers and startups to be ahead of the curve.
- Coach and develop the competency of the team members
