Manager - Busway Operations

1. Busway Sales Planning and appropriate Execution - monthly revenue plan execution to be within +/-10%.
2. Prepare Monthly Sales plan based on priority and CRD every month.
3. Responsible in Communicate to regions every month 7 Send weekly update, hold regional calls. Align Credit team discussion for timely clearances.
4. Strong tracking and SLA performance metrics with VDR - OTD , Order Book cycle time, CLO compliance, Quality issues, Missing link CLO compliance
5. Support Offer Mgmt. for Timely month production planning handshake & 3 month rolling forecast with standard parts stocking plan based on order pipeline
6. Monthly Sales plan and communication to Sales to ensure pick up & Non Moving FG in a month.
7. Work closely with Projects and Sales support team to address mismatch clearances +zero defect process
8. Maintain Escalation tracker for chronic cases to resolve
9. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
10. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
11. Preparing Sales plan reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and circulating on daily basis.
12. Establishing effective project communication plans with BD and Sales SPOC and ensuring their execution.
13. Ability and experience in managing and delivering under high demanding environment and customers or short to mid-term projects
14. Be the single point of contact for Region sales enablement leads

Prior Hands On Operations Experience with Plant in Systems Business
