  • Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity.
    • Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.
    • Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability
  • Main activities
    • Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
    • Manage the maintenance department, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR ..)
    • Responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being
    • Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
    • Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines

  • Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plant
  • Is the responsible of the correct preservation of tools and equipment Manage & optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts, inventory for internal and external production means.
  • When no Facility Engineer, Facility Management cost optimization and associated energy performance and decarbonization program actions related to buildings according to SERE manager guidelines are managed by Maintenance Supervisor
  • Organize the intervention of his/her team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
  • Ensure consistency and updating of the maintenance information system (CMMS: Computerized Maintenance Management System) for internal means
  • Update and ensure the business continuity plan in term of equipment and tools
  • Ensure the manufacturability of the metallic components and their tooling's and the implementation & qualification of the tools/processes in accordance with the SE Principals.
  • Bring locally his/her technical expertise within industrialization team or Manufacturing Engineering team.
  • Select, validate, introduce and standardize new technologies/processes locally

  • Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a maintenance function, with at least 3 years at the leadership level.
    • Proficiency in resolving unexpected events and circumstances
    • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
    • Team leadership and people management skills
    • Effective communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
