Maintenance Engineer
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's industrial equipment. Your duties will include creating a maintenance plan, maintaining the equipment, and managing the maintenance budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage tool refurbishment and repair operations.
Industrialize new tools, including replacements and quality improvements.
Support tool transfers.
Conduct tool audits.
Manage tool inventory and data collection.
Oversee tool capacity.
Manage the maintenance budget and roadmap.
Enhance material productivity.
Additional Functions:
Sustain data collection for cost and quality analysis.
Propose and industrialize quality improvement ideas.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
