Purpose of the role:

To support the service team with site-based activities commissioning, modification, and the maintenance of electrical distribution equipment. (Travelling Appointment however the role will be predominantly based in the Cardiff area)

Location: Commutable to the Cardiff on a daily basis

Your responsibilities:

- Perform the following activities at fixed and also remote UK&I locations.
- Be the technical reference for the customer on the given work site.
- Perform maintenance, commissioning and assist maintenance teams.
- Modifications/refurbishment to existing plant and equipment.
- Repair, Diagnose potential faults or customer issues.
- Asco, ATS switch Maintenance and Repair.

- EV Charger Inspection/Commissioning.
- EAA - Installation and Connectivity of asset advisor equipment.
- Installation of Switchgear and Transformers.
- Carry out site risk assessments and complete Loto documents.
- Document test results and produce site work reports.
- Assist with works tests when necessary.

About You

• Be Willing to work across the UK&I which will involve working away from home.
• Good understanding of IT is essential.

• Hold a full driving license and passport.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate appropriate underpinning knowledge in the form of academic qualifications (e.g., ONC) or relevant experience.
• Be well grounded in the principles & application of electrical safety from the risks associated with live LV/HV networks.
