Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, SPS, Six Sigma, ISO).
- Analyze failures, perform corrective/preventive actions, and respond to customer complaints.
- Utilize quality programs (8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPS) for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver quality training.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and achieve quality goals through projects and processes.
- Drive quality excellence across the supply chain.
- Implement tailored supply chain practices.
- Identify and apply best practices in quality.
- Prepare Pareto charts and 8D reports.
- Review and update quality documentation.
- Participate in SPS and ISO audits and ensure timely completion of action items.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality role or related field.
- Experience in logistics operations and problem-solving methodologies (8D).
- Strong process robustness, customer orientation, project management, communication, analytical, and change management skills.
- Experience with ISO methodologies
- Some AUTOCAD experience
- Experience in process mapping and data analysis
