Your tasks will be
  • Subject Matter Expert in iProject (Ms Project Management and Portfolio Management Tool)
  • PMO (Portfolio Management Coordination, Quality and Adoption Indices)
  • Project Manager to small to medium sized projects within Central Logistics, Planning and Field Services
  • Assist and support the development, deployment, and maintenance of our GSC PMO standardized methodology, of tools, and processes jointly with regional Logistics & Planning teams
  • Put IMPACT (GSC Company Program) and our Winning Plan transformation at the fore front
  • Create the WHY for our Central transformation initiatives through videos, elevator pitch's and sharepoint intranet
  • Global Logistics & Planning PMO stakeholder and communications management: SPICE+, SharePoint, Yammer, intercompany communication
  • Foster a data-driven culture; enable the transformation organization to make more informed decisions through data business analysis
  • Support the animation of the GSC Project & Change management Skills-network and be an active contributor
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of a program/project management and reporting tool and automation of reporting where possible
  • Provide visibility through consolidation of reporting on the progress of key global transformations as and when required
  • Foundation PPM, Agile and Change Management training maintenance, step up on new content with MLL team
  • Ability to be detail oriented and handle multiple priorities at the same time Support portfolio and cost center managers with information requests related to open commitments by project or cost center
  • Track and document best practices, Efficient use of PMO tools and proper documentation of projects for audits
  • Animate staff meetings, agendas and communications to regions - build relations with regions PMO and see how to best manage - Lessons learnt, Best practice sharing, Innovation ideas, Electrifier community engagement, Copyright etc.


Required Skills Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business English first Language).
  • PMP Certification through PMI desired or Agile PMI-ACP.
  • Enhance on AI and Gen AI in project management!
  • Strong in Data and Analytics.
  • Foundations in Finance.
  • Advanced Office 365, SQL and Visual Basic skills, Tableau and PowerBI, Advanced Excel With VBA Projects, Power Automate, Visual Management, Sharepoint and Power Apps, Powerpoint and Advanced Excel
  • Ability to build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions, both internally and externally, Influence and Convince skills is a must have.
  • Experience gathering and compiling business requirements.
  • Experience creating documentation that contains some technical elements.
  • Ability to simplify complex situations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and project manage many tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under deadline constraints.
  • Embraces continuous improvement and new ways of doing things, navigating in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment while providing information to drive improvement.
  • Advanced Influence and Convince skills highly desired.
  • Inquisitive nature, and can think creatively, with strong analytical skills. Can be objective and independent.
  • Capabilities to handle multiple and conflicting activities by prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced work environment
