  • Senior professional knowledge logistics ( Mexico and US ).
  • Coordinate daily shipments to customers (outbound)
  • Coordinate daily shipments from Suppliers Domestic, US and Overseas (Inbound)
  • Manage projects and processes related to traffic.
  • Working independently with limited supervision.
  • Managing the flow of materials, information and traffic.
  • Monitor team progress and recommend strategies to cost reduction (Monthly reports to Finance ), improve business efficiency.
  • Developing and maintain project schedules. Create plants to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Track the progress of projects and report status to stakeholders.
  • Main contact to Carriers (Domestic and International)
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Provide support to Customer service and- or commercial teams on quoting projects (related to traffic)
  • Daily -Monthly tracking of trucks availability and invoices to carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as traffic -logistics coordinator.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Bilingual ( English/Spanish ).

• Understand Supply chain process.

• Sense of urgency and follow-up skills.

• Well-developed communicative and administrative skills.

• Must possess analytical skills, investigative problem solving techniques and the ability to receive and give direction to accomplish job tasks.

• Visa (US) and Mexican passport (must)

• APICS certification (preferred)
