What will you do?
- Be a strong collaborator on EMS deployment: ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001
- Drive process robustness and build Quality Plans for Inbound Process Inspection
- Make sure that SPS requirements (6A, 9C and 9D) are met for your area of responsibility (inbound)
- Quarantine Area Management
- Block stock animation and below target
- Drive Supplier Improvement Activities (on logistic quality points)
- LA Overdue Management
- PRB / XA Management
- Responsible (report, analyze, drive improvements) for CS&Q KPIs: IDR, NQC, Blocked Stock

Inbound (DC) and Outbound Logistic Quality
- Work according to SPS requirements
- Interact with the WH Operation team and Logistic Engineering to provide the quality assurance tools in the manufacturing unit to assure the product quality and quality system.
- Establish Inbound quality instructions, provide proper inspection techniques, equipment, inspection criteria and periodically review the inspection characteristics to ensure its effectiveness.
- Co-ordinate with the Logistic team and units for quality issues to ensure effective corrective/ preventive actions are implemented.
- Review and analyze process/ part quality issues ( In&External complaints) and co-ordinate with the respective departments for corrective/ preventive and continual improvement.
- Establish the necessary documents for effective process and quality control.
- Apply statistical process control techniques to monitor process capability and to fix the process special causes.
Evaluation
- Design the evaluation in order to find the solution ( Lean Six-Sigma, Kaizen, RCA) for quality issues.
Quality System Audit
- Conduct internal quality system audits to ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality system.
- Logistic operation audit according to the Quality Plan and related documents.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Logistics
- More than 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Logistic Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of related experience in logistic quality
- Green Belt is a plus
- Good communication skills
